wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company. The exact same thing happened to me. Shortly after my accident, they contacted me and made it seem as though they were working with the insurance companies involved. While I was still shaken up and vulnerable, they had me sign paperwork allowing them to tow my vehicle. I later discovered that my insurance company was not affiliated with them and had not authorized them to take my car. I was not clearly told where my vehicle was being taken, and it became extremely difficult to get straightforward information about its location or status. This experience caused me even more stress after an already traumatic accident. In my opinion, their approach was misleading and took advantage of the confusion immediately following the crash. Please contact your insurance company directly before signing anything or allowing this company to tow your vehicle. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend them.

Absolutely a scam, do not use this shop. They will call you hours after an accident and claim they are working with yours and the party at fault's insurance, when that is not the case. They will then force you to sign a release for them to tow the car to their facility to assess the damages, but will not give you any information on where they are taking your car or how long it will take. Upon talking with my insurance they told me they are not affiliated with them and advised me to call the police as they had no idea where my car was taken and they could be causing more damage to the car. The police found out they ended up towing my car over an hour away! I am currently waiting on them to call me back with "the status of my vehicle" so I can get it towed back to where I live. Extremely scammy, they lie to you about working with your insurance while you are still shaken up from your accident, then make it hard to get any information on your vehicle after while threatening fees. I've already filed a fraud report with the police, this place honestly needs to be shut down. After doing some research, I've found that they're basically accident chasers preying on young women in accidents

I had a great experience with M Work Auto Body in Toledo. From the time they first contacted me, the representatives are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they made the whole repair process a lot less stressful. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and even helped deal with the insurance company, which saved me a lot of hassle. When I got my car back, I honestly couldn't believe how good it looked. You'd never know it had been in an accident. The repairs were done quicker than I expected, and the attention to detail was impressive. What really stood out to me was how many benefits they offer and how smooth they make the whole process. They work fast, communicate well, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. I'd definitely recommend M Work Auto Body to anyone who needs quality repairs and great service.

This place will try and scam you. This is what they did to my car when I dropped it off for an estimate. They Wanted $1,500 to get the car back when I never told them to fix it. They called me and said they were working with the at fault party's insurance adjuster witch was all a lie. Be very very careful if you work with this place.

The new shop they opened on monroe st is great super helpful and did awesome work. Definitely a great shop to go to the staff was super knowledgeable in the body guy knows exactly what he's doing. I will be taking all my cars there from now on
